MENOMONIE, Wis. (WJMC) — Menomonie Police say an armed robbery suspect is in custody.
Andrew R. Horner, 43, of Menomonie, was arrested Wednesday afternoon. He appeared in court Friday, facing charges of felony repeat armed robbery with threat of force, and misdemeanors concealing a knife, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police say the Broadway Street Circle C & Deli was robbed at knifepoint by a man on Friday evening, May 10. The suspect fled on foot with cash from several registers.
A judge set a 25 thousand dollar cash bond for Horner, with conditions he have no contact with the gas station and have no contact with four people.
