A Western Wisconsin medical group wants to buy several soon to be closing hospitals.
WEAU reports OakLeaf Medical Network says it wants to purchase hospital locations that are being closed by H S H S and Prevea Health. OakLeaf Board Chairman Dr. Kyle Dettbarn says those closures are happening too quickly and will put the health of patients at risk. He says OakLeaf can help preserve critical services and hospital space when people need it most.
